What is your role in the Powers of Place Initiative?
My roles for Powers of Place are that of founder (along with Tom Callanan) and project director (along with Renee Levi), but more generally as midwife, creator, art director, caretaker and connector for the Initiative.

Where do you have most passion in this endeavor?
As a physically-centered person I have -- since I can remember -- been oriented toward the surrounding environment, arrangement of space, grounding of ideas and a kinship with the natural world. My attention in this Initiative is toward giving form to this field of study and practice.
